Central (Miami, Fla.) put the punctuation mark on a fine season with a 52-7 thumping of Armwood in the Class 6A state championship game Saturday in Florida.
Going up against an Armwood defense that entered the game allowing a mere 9.7 points per game, Central's offense was simply too much to contain.
The offensive onslaught was led by senior running back
Dalvin Cook, who rushed for a whopping 223 yards on 19 carries and scored three touchdowns.
