Naselle will challenge Darrington on the road at 6:00 PM on Friday. Darrington will need to watch out since Naselle have now posted big point totals in their last six contests.
Naselle won against Washington School for the Deaf last Wednesday with 54 points, and Naselle decided to stick to that point total again last Friday. Naselle were fully in charge, breezing past Neah Bay 54-0. Naselle were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Darrington, and their matchup last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to three. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 34-64 walloping at Lummi's hands. Darrington were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 8-28.
Everything came up roses for Naselle against Darrington three weeks ago as the squad secured a 67-8 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Naselle since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
