Karr extended the longest winning streak in 4A District 9 this week by beating Franklinton, 26-0. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
Karr took down the Demons 26-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between Nathaniel Jones' team and Landry-Walker. The Cougars comes into the matchup ranked second in the state, while Landry-Walker ranks 16th.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Karr takes on Landry-Walker. The Cougars have allowed 205 points this season, while Landry-Walker has given up 157. Karr allowed 0 points last week as it defeated Franklinton.
McDonogh 35 made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,236 from 2,374.
