This week, Wyandotte faces off against Holland Hall on Friday at 7:00 PM. Wyandotte has been consistently improving, netting more total points each game than the last for three weeks now.
Wyandotte can now show off three landslide victories after its most recent game. The final score between it and Chelsea two weeks ago was a 49 - 13 blowout in Wyandotte's favor. Wyandotte had two big standouts, as senior Caleb Hurst ran for 56 yards and also punched in one touchdown, while senior Jordon Burney finished up with 152 yards passing and one rushing touchdown. Hurst was also an imposing presence on the defensive end with 22 tackles.
Meanwhile, Holland Hall kept its home record unblemished after another positive outing on its own turf. It claimed a 35 - 21 victory over Victory Christian last week.
Their wins bumped Holland Hall to 10-0 and Wyandotte to 7-3. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Holland Hall and Wyandotte will really light up the scoreboard.
