There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. Among the action were the efforts of State College's senior Tommy Friberg, an offensive menace who scored five total TDs.

It was another game, another high-octane performance for Harrisburg last week (their 3rd in a row). The final score between it and Central Dauphin East was a 42 - 0 blowout in Harrisburg's favor. The MaxPreps rankings were spot on as they projected Harrisburg as the clear winner. The victory also thrust it into the power rankings, where the team now holds the 24th spot.
Can't Touch This
State College got a 56 - 17 win over Carlisle last week, and a key reason for the win was senior Tommy Friberg. Friberg tossed the ball for 300 yards and five TDs. That performance made Friberg one of the best players in the power rankings last week.

It was a battle of top-notch squads when Manheim Central (17th in the MaxPreps state rankings) took on Wilson (47th) last week. Manheim Central came out on top against Wilson with a 20 - 10 win. Manheim Central's defense outmaneuvered the Wilson offensive line and got to the QB for six sacks.
No Stoppin 'Em
Lansdale Catholic and Conwell-Egan Catholic went up, up, and away last week as they combined for the highest point total (83) among all power ranked teams. Conwell-Egan Catholic breezed past Lansdale Catholic with a final score of 55 - 28. That 27-point margin marks the most Conwell-Egan Catholic has won by all season.
