We started our second stop in Texas off right with dinner at the "Armadillo Grill". I got a steak, Chris ordered a salad, and the waitress made fun of him for it. Anyways, it's great to be back with the people in the state of Texas. I love driving through every small town and seeing signs supporting the local high school football team. We are back to see Euless Trinity take on South Grand Prairie. Euless Trinity took home the State Championship last year and is ranked as the top team in Texas, but South Grand Prairie gave them their only loss of the year during a regular season match-up last year and looks to continue the trend this week. This year they are both undefeated as they head into league play. The winner will be in the driver's seat to take their league title and carry momentum into playoffs. Tomorrow we are going to head over to the stadium and the South Grand Prairie practice to hang out and talk with the players and staff. It should be fun to finally meet Coach Fisher and his team.
