Fairfield moved up to 191 from 220 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Northeast Corner. The Falcons climbed the ranks as a result of topping Eastside 55-28.
Fremont was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from seventh to fifth in the league. The Eagles defeated Central Noble 35-20 earlier in the week.
Lakeland's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. WILLIAM KELLY threw for 147 and 2 touchdowns and JOEL MILLER had 86 yards receiving. On the ground THOMAS ROEBEL chipped in 72 yards. KYLE CASPER helped Lakeland's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 36 yards.
