Bradford (9-1) has a real challenge coming up -- the hardest it has met all year. Both it and Dunnellon (9-2) have made it this far into the playoffs, but they square off this Friday at 7:30 PM to determine who is worthy to move on. Bradford is currently on a nine-game winning streak and looking to extend its dominance.
You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's just how it played out between Bradford and Keystone Heights last week. Bradford didn't have too much trouble with Keystone Heights in its last game, where Bradford won 27 - 7. Bradford had two big standouts, as senior Zion Barber rushed for 106 yards and one touchdown, while senior Tally Chandler earned two touchdowns and 75 yards rushing the ball. Barber should be a familiar name as he has been a major contributor for Bradford in the past six games.
As for Dunnellon, it can now show off seven landslide victories after its most recent game. It put the hurt on Trenton last week with a conclusive 49 - 7 victory.
The last time they met, Dunnellon was the clear winner with a 48 - 21 finish. This defeat knocked Bradford out of the playoffs, so expect it to come at Dunnellon with a vengeful fire.
