Aquinas Early Favorite for 2009
Aquinas High School (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) is the early favorite to finish first in the MaxPreps Football Xcellent 25 this season. Despite graduating 11 starters to Division 1 programs, coach George Smith's Raiders look to win its third straight 5A state title this fall. Miami Northwestern  and Miami Central join the Raiders on the Xcellent 25 at No. 17 and No. 15 respectively. Early Top 25: Teams 1-13 / Teams 14-25.
