Smith's Evan Hailes Commits to Penn State
Evan Hailes from Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, Va.) has verbally committed to Penn State University. Hailes, one of the nation's premier lineman, recorded 81 tackles, 20 for a loss, and 11 sacks as a junior. MaxPreps writer Dave Krider has more recruiting news in the Weekend Notes.
