Smith's Evan Hailes Commits to Penn State

Oscar Smith Early Favorite in Virginia
Smith High School (Chesapeake, Va.) is the top ranked Virginia team in the MaxPreps Football Xcellent 25 with a No. 6 national ranking. Led by quarterback Phillip Sims, the Tigers look to repeat as Virginia State Champs this fall. Sims has verbally committed to Alabama for 2010. See who else made the Xcellent 25.
