Heaps a top recruit for 2010

Skyline (Sammamish, Wash.) quarterback Jake Heaps is having a solid season in 2009, throwing for 23 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. Heaps averages 215 yards per game and is one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2010 class. MaxPreps' Steve Spiewak has more on Heaps and the rest of the 2010 Top 10.
