The Guardians now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Odyssey Institute for a 3A - West bout on Wednesday, October 22. ALA - West Foothills will clash with a Minotaur team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ). The Minotaur record now stands at 15-10.

With the loss, Tonopah Valley drops to 5-11 on the campaign. The Phoenix host Somerton (Somerton, AZ) to clash with the Toros in a 3A - West match on Thursday, October 23. The Toros enter the match with a record of 8-11. Somerton won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against San Pasqual Valley (Winterhaven, CA)
