In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 10. Ayala will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 42-0 non-league win over Don Lugo (Chino, CA).

The Saints (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Millikan was edged by Downey (Downey, CA), 38-12, in a non-league challenge.
