Colorado High School Basketball - Regis Groff ripped by Jefferson
The Jefferson Saints basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Regis Groff Fusion to 40 in the Saints non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Saints now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheridan for a 3A Frontier contest on Thursday, January 19. Jefferson will meet a Rams team coming off a 94-42 league loss to Lake County (Leadville, CO). The Rams record now stands at 0-7.
The Fusion (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Prospect Ridge Academy (Broomfield, CO). The Miners enter the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Prospect Ridge Academy triumphed over Liberty Common (Fort Collins, CO), 76-53, in a non-league contest.
