Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) backers were thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team topple the visiting Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO), 51-32 in a league game.

The Mustangs now have a 9-12 record. They play next when they host Chaparral for a 6A/5A Continental game on Wednesday, February 18. Ponderosa will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 52-48 league win over Legend (Parker, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 13-8.

With the loss, Heritage falls to 4-17 on the campaign. The Eagles host Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO) to confront the Raiders in a 6A/5A Continental game on Wednesday, February 18. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 15-6. Regis Jesuit won 66-39 in their recent league outing against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO)
