The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Jackson County Panthers (Jefferson, GA) and the visiting Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA), witnessed Jackson County's football squad wallop Loganville by a tally of 45-8.

The Panthers (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Raiders enter the AAAAA Region 8 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Habersham Central crushed Apalachee (Winder, GA), 38-7, in a league contest.

Next up, the Red Devils encounter the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) in a AAAAA Region 8 bout, on Friday, October 31. Loganville will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 48-14 league loss to Clarke Central (Athens, GA).
