Kody Adams has been named player of the year. "Kody Adams had an extraordinary season and career at Pike County High School. Kody finished the season batting .524 with 65 hits, 21 doubles, 5 Homeruns, and 47 RBIs. He was 10-1 on the season from the mound including a Game 1 win in the State Championship Series. Kody was a 4 year starter at Pike and has 182 hits and 47 doubles in his career for the Pirates. The numbers have earned him a place in the Georgia High School Record books."
