Florida High School Basketball - Paxton fells Central

January 4, 2024: Paxton, FL 32538

Paxton Bobcats (Paxton, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Jaguars (Milton, FL), 53-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Paxton upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Florala (Florala, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Florala won 74-52 in their recent league bout against Kinston (Kinston, AL)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Destin Sharks (Destin, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Sharks go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 64-36 non-league win over Poplar Springs (Graceville, FL).
