January 7, 2025: South Burlington, VT 05403 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT) and the visiting Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT), observed South Burlington's basketball team overwhelm Milton by a score of 76-29.
The Wolves (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Essex (Essex Junction, VT). The Hornets come into the Metro challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Essex was routed by Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT), 60-36, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets (St. Albans, VT) in a Lake challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Milton will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
