January 8, 2025: Wellington, FL 33414 Wellington Wolverines (Wellington, FL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Dwyer Panthers (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wellington moves its record to 7-2 on the campaign.
The Panthers now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palm Beach Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 14. Dwyer will meet a Broncos team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Martin County (Stuart, FL). The Broncos record now stands at 5-4.
