Next, the Bighorns clash with the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) in a 2A Northern test, on Saturday, January 10. Oasis Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 45-41 league loss to Pershing County (Lovelock, NV).

The Longhorns (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Yerington (Yerington, NV). The Lions go into the 2A Northern bout with a 10-6 record. In their last bout, Yerington nudged Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV), 69-8, in a league bout.
