The Clearfield Bison (Clearfield, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA), 62-56 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bison (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA). The Bald Eagles go into the Laurel Highlands test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Bald Eagle Area got by Somerset (Somerset, PA), 44-36, in a league test.
