The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) and the visiting Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA), observed Methacton's basketball team overwhelm Boyertown by a score of 51-26.

The Warriors (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Springfield Township was routed by Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA), 23-18, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears encounter the Central Bucks South Titans (Warrington, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Boyertown will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
