Colorado High School Basketball - Brighton holds off Columbine
January 25, 2022: Brighton, CO 80601 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO) and the visiting Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO), saw Brighton's basketball squad hold off Columbine by a tally of 47-46.
With the victory, Brighton improves its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Westminster (Westminster, CO) to confront the Wolves in a challenge on Thursday, January 27. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Rebels confront the Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) in a challenge, on Saturday, January 29. Columbine will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 61-53 league win over Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO).
