In Friday's league outing, the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) basketball squad beat the visiting Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC), by a count of 82-74.

The Eagles (13-7) will now prepare for their outing against Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC). The Lions go into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores outing with a 1-20 record. In their last outing, Langtree Charter was topped by Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC), 78-47, in a league outing.

The Spartans now hold a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Corvian Community for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores outing on Tuesday, January 30.
