Colorado High School Basketball - Legacy crushes Brighton

January 26, 2024: Brighton, CO 80601

Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO), 58-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Legacy upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Lightning host Denver East (Denver, CO) to clash with the Angels in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Angels go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Denver East won 83-9 in their recent league bout against Hinkley (Aurora, CO)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Prairie View Thunderhawks (Henderson, CO) in a 6A Front Range bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Brighton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Thunderhawks go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 63-38 league win over Mountain Range (Westminster, CO).
