The St. Mary's Ryken Knights basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Francis Scott Key Eagles to 50 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John's for a DCSAA contest on Sunday, January 28. St. Mary's Ryken will meet a Cadets team coming off a 69-57 league loss to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 12-5.

The Eagles (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Century (Sykesville, MD). The Knights enter the Carroll County contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Century nudged Winters Mill (Westminster, MD), 53-42, in a league contest.
