Washington High School Basketball - Sultan defeats Evergreen
January 27, 2025: Sultan, WA 98294 The Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), 37-20 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Turks now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Wenatchee for a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. Sultan will play a Panthers team coming off a 58-9 non-league loss to Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-10.
With the loss, Evergreen falls to 6-5 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Interlake (Bellevue, WA) to clash with the Saints in a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 29. The Saints come into the outing with a record of 7-5. Interlake lost 32-21 in their recent non-league outing against Lindbergh (Renton, WA)
