Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - New Canaan knocks off La Salle Academy
February 1, 2025: New Canaan, CT 06840 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) and the visiting La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI), witnessed New Canaan's ice hockey team defeat La Salle Academy by a final score of 6-2.
The Rams (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Black Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Stamford by Hall/Conard (West Hartford, CT), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division 1 challenge, on Saturday, February 8. La Salle Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record.
