South Dakota High School Basketball - Tripp-Delmont/Armour nips Wessington Springs
February 8, 2025: Wessington Springs, SD 57382 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks basketball team scored a close 31-26 win over the Wessington Springs Spartans.
The Nighthawks (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Irene/Wakonda (Irene, SD). The Eagles come into the B Region 4 contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Irene/Wakonda was tipped by Scotland/Menno (Menno, SD), 46-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Wessington Springs will attempt to better on its 6-10 season record. The Black Panthers come into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 56-15 league loss to Miller (Miller, SD).
