In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Boca Ciega Pirates basketball team scored a big 80-49 win over the LaBelle Cowboys/Cowgirls.
The Pirates (16-10) will now prepare for their contest against Gulf (New Port Richey, FL). The Buccaneers come into the non-league contest with a 20-7 record. In their last match, Gulf overwhelmed Booker (Sarasota, FL), 67-51, in a non-league match.
