South Dakota High School Basketball - Lower Brule sneaks past Aberdeen Christian
February 15, 2025: Aberdeen, SD 57401 The Lower Brule Sioux (Lower Brule, SD) basketball edged the host Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD), 35-28 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Sioux now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Little Wound for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Lower Brule will play a Mustangs team coming off a 57-28 league loss to St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-12.
With the loss, Aberdeen Christian falls to 0-18 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD) to play the Patriots in a B Region 1 bout on Monday, February 17. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Hitchcock-Tulare won 52-43 in their recent non-league bout against Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD)
