The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) and the visiting Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC), observed Bishop McGuinness's basketball team knock off Cherokee by a score of 70-50.
The Villains (22-5) will now prepare for their battle against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions enter the non-league battle with a 32-3 record. In their last battle, Queen's Grant thwarted Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 79-41, in a non-league contest.
