Arkansas High School Basketball - Mt. Vernon-Enola fells Yellville-Summit
March 1, 2023: Yellville, AR 72687 Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks (Mt. Vernon, AR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Yellville-Summit Panthers (Yellville, AR), 63-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. Vernon-Enola upgrades its record to 26-5 on the season. The Warhawks travel to Riverside (Lake City, AR) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 2. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 22-6. Riverside won 44-33 in their recent non-league bout against Acorn (Mena, AR)
