Texas High School Softball - Queen City loses to Celina
April 3, 2023: Celina, TX 75009 The Celina Bobcats softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Queen City Bulldogs to 1 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Celina moves its record to 12-3 on the year. The Bobcats host Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 4A Region II District 11 game on Tuesday, April 11. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 10-7. Van Alstyne lost 8-0 in their recent league game against Aubrey (Aubrey, TX)
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Hooks Hornets (Hooks, TX) in a 3A Region II District 14 game, on Friday, April 7. Queen City will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 17-5 record after their 12-3 league win over Atlanta (Atlanta, TX).
