Lincoln Cougars (Shinnston, WV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV), 10-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 7-13 on the season. The Cougars travel to East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV) to battle the Bees in a Big Ten test on Tuesday, April 25. The Bees come into the test with a record of 13-7. East Fairmont won 5-4 in their recent league test against Liberty (Clarksburg, WV)

With the defeat, Braxton County falls to 3-15 on the season. The Eagles host Clay County (Clay, WV) to battle the Panthers in a Little Kanawha test on Tuesday, April 25. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 2-6.
