Maryland High School Lacrosse - Blue Ridge drops to Landon
April 22, 2025: Bethesda, MD 20817 Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA), 12-6 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Landon advances its record to 12-1 on the season. The Bears travel to Episcopal (Alexandria, VA) to play the Maroon in a VISAA Division 1 game on Friday, April 25. The Maroon come into the game with a record of 7-6. Episcopal won 10-6 in their recent league game against Potomac School (McLean, VA)
The Barons now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawrenceville School for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 23. Blue Ridge will play a Big Red team coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT). The Big Red record now stands at 7-2.
