Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Rancho Alamitos improves its record to 20-9 on the season. The Vaqueros travel to Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA) to face the Broncos in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 19-19. Vista Murrieta won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Valencia (Placentia, CA)

The Centurions now own a 20-16 record.
