The Chardon Hilltoppers softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Aurora Greenmen to 6 in the Hilltoppers non-league win on Friday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 21-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 27. Chardon will confront a Blue Streaks team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 17-7.

With the loss, Aurora moves to 22-5 on the season.
