Michigan High School Baseball - Lutheran North loses to Utica Ford
May 27, 2025: Sterling Heights, MI 48313 Utica Ford Falcons (Sterling Heights, MI) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI), 12-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Utica Ford advances its record to 17-13 on the season. The Falcons travel to Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI) to battle the Fighting Irish in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 28. The Fighting Irish come into the match with a record of 23-5. Notre Dame Prep won 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Farmington (Farmington, MI)
The Mustangs now have a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host University of Detroit Jesuit for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 28. Lutheran North will battle a Cubs squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over West Bloomfield (West Bloomfield, MI). The Cubs record now stands at 9-18.
