In Wednesday's league game, the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) flag football team triumphed over the visiting Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), by a tally of 46-6.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 26. Mountain Vista will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.

The Huskies (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Wolves enter the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Vista Ridge was overwhelmed by ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO), 14-0, in a non-league outing.
