With the win, Esperanza advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The Aztecs host Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 1-1. Yorba Linda won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA)
The Chargers now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodbridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. El Toro will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
