August 22, 2024: Tifton, GA 31794 Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA), 59-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Tift County advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Blue Devils host Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29. The Yellow Jackets go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record.
