In Friday's non-league bout, the Mercy Jaguars (Louisville, KY) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Girls Prep Bruisers (Chattanooga, TN), by a margin of 2-0.

The Jaguars now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. Mercy will clash with a Valkyries team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN). The Valkyries record now stands at 2-0.
