The Madison Academy Mustangs football team (Madison, AL), was beaten 46-33 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Randolph School Raiders (Huntsville, AL)

The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL). The Falcons come into the 4A Region 8 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, St. John Paul II achieved victory over Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS), 30-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pennington for a 3A Region 7 challenge on Friday, September 2. Madison Academy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 35-7 non-league win over Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.
