The Northwestern Wildcats football team (Albion, PA), was ripped 62-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA)

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers come into the District 10 Region 3 challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Farrell trounced Harding (Warren, OH), 24-17, in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Iroquois for a District 10 Region 2 challenge on Friday, September 8. Northwestern will meet a Braves team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA). The Braves record now stands at 0-2.
