The Westinghouse Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA) football defeated the host Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers (Steelton, PA), 39-18 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Perry Traditional Academy Commodores (Pittsburgh, PA) in a Pittsburgh City bout, on Friday, September 9. Westinghouse will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Commodores enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 35-34 non-league loss to Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH).

The Steamrollers (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA). The Bubblers enter the Mid-Penn - Capital bout with a 2-0 record.
