West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Cottonwood Classical Prep Coyotes (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Las Vegas improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Dons host Valencia (Los Lunas, NM) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 5. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Valencia won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Gallup (Gallup, NM)

Coming up next, the Coyotes play the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 4. Cottonwood Classical Prep will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM).
