Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) and the host Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA), observed Murrieta Valley's volleyball team top Liberty by a tally of 3-1.

The Nighthawks (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Yucaipa was defeated by Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
