Illinois High School Soccer - Berwyn/Cicero Morton knocks off Kennedy
September 5, 2024: Cicero, IL 60804 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Berwyn/Cicero Morton Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Kennedy Crusaders.
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Warriors go into the West Suburban - Gold outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Willowbrook was overwhelmed by Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL), 7-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Kenwood Broncos (Chicago, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 7. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Broncos go into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Back of the Yards College Prep (Chicago, IL).
